I've tried twice now to get in contact with someone and it's taken 5 hours each time before they disconnect the chat. I absolutely hate this company. GET SOME F*CKING CALL CENTERS AND MORE TECH SUPPORT

Took quite a few tries and hours, but they unlinked my account from the previous whatever and I was able to relink it to my current EA account. They definitely needs more staff, and have a call center and other better sources. Good luck out there soldiers.
