Im currently unable to see the case history on a case, when opening it, the loading screen is infinite and never loads the case history

They will be able to access your case with you and provide you any info you need.

Hi i have tried to open the case to no avail on opera GX a fresh installation chrome and with Firefox, I have also tried to open it on a different device but it just buffers and then fails to load in
one more thing its just this one case that wont load other cases load just fine

The issue might stem from the length of the missing content case has been ongoing since oct 10th with multiple back and fourth between me and support

I do have one more question though, is it unusual for a missing content case to still be ongoing without a fix after 7.5 months?
