I want to delete my EA Account I've already made a case at help.ea.com but it no one has ever responded after waiting a while I continued the case and still no one has responded it often says the approximate wait time is something like 8 minutes but after waiting hours no one ever responds does anyone know how I can delete my EA account?

I've tried doing everything you said but now it wont let me continue one of my old cases or make a new case to delete my account and my data the option to chat is an advisor isn't showing up anymore

If I log out of my account the option to talk to an advisor is there but when I log in it disappears and I can't continue any of my old cases either even though they were resolved without anything happening

the old cases I made where never responded to even when I left the tab open for hours and after a few days they were resolved and nothing has happened and now I can even make a new case so idk what I'm supposed to do

I've tried 3 separate times and successfully connected with the support team, only for them to tell me there is a bug preventing them from deleting the account. The first time was over a month ago, and the last 2 times were last week and this week and they do not know when the issue will be resolved, so I guess im just going to have to keep opening tickets just for the same result.
