Just spoke to someone on live chat, basically have to buy the game for it to work again.

    I could use the web app and companion app before the trial was out and now when I played the trial I have to buy this xxxx to make it working again.

    bought the standart edition. Doesnt work. I guess we need to wait till full release. Absolute disgrace
