Email on ea account isnt

trying to log into my ea account and get to the point where it sends a code to my email, the email it sends to isnt the right one and when i try to reset the password or try to change anything the number that is associated is also not mine. but it is my ea account

    It sounds like a few things are happening there. 🤔 Let's see...as you can see the account information, it seems you're able to log in.  The issue seems to be that the EA account information has changed, and you're having trouble updating them. 

    You may have a compromised account on your hands. You'll need our support team's help to recover the account and update the information so it reflects yours once more.

    To reach them, click on this link and scroll down to Still need help, and select Chat with us. Then fill in the information and submit the case to start a live chat conversation with the live support team.
