Email verification code

Every time I try going on to an EA game it asks me for a verification code but the email on there isn’t the correct email so won’t receive the codes. I’ve gone onto my account and change the email to my email address but still comes up with the old one on games so can’t play them. Anyone know what to do in this case as EA are rubbish and can’t actually talk to a real human anymore.
