Emailed linked to my account is not mine
I have been unable to access my EA account linked to my PSN ID for several years, preventing me from playing certain EA games and discouraging me from purchasing others. The issue stems from the fact that my EA account is linked to an email that is not mine, making it impossible to reset my password.
The FAQ and support channels have provided only two unhelpful options:
Reset my password – I cannot do this because I do not have access to the email.
Verification process – I have repeatedly failed this because I do not know the email linked to my EA account.
I have been stuck in this loop for years with no resolution. At this point, I want this issue permanently resolved. If the only way forward is to delete the EA account linked to my PSN ID, so be it but I will not create a new PSN account just to play EA games, as that would mean losing all my other games and progress.
I need EA to step in and provide a real solution. This level of account restriction and lack of support is unacceptable. Please escalate this issue immediately
