FC 26 Server Kicks you out games last minute of winning games

Does anyone experience FC 26 kicking you out of the server while you are winning a game. you quickly login and FC 26 gives you a disconnection warning knowing it’s their issue. I’ve been trying to complete the Ultimate Gauntlet 4 final objective of winning the tournament with 3 games in a row. I’ve twice been kicked out of the server in the last five minutes of the game while I was winning and advancing to the final game. I tried contacting them, but today I could not reach the chat department they have in India. It’s awful how they treat their customers.  

It’s not my internet connection. I have one of the best, specifically for gaming and personal office. This same issue happens a lot around 4:30 - 5:30 PM PST and 10:30 PM PST. Only this time it involved the Ultimate Gaunlet 4 games in off hours. Seems like they are targeting players to avoid paying out player packs.
