FC Mobile banned

My FC Mobile account has been banned for no reason, even though I put so much effort into it. I haven't been able to log in for two years; a "banned account" warning keeps appearing. I wonder why.

    It sounds like your FC Mobile account has been banned, which has prevented you from logging in for the last two years. If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you.

    Once you submit that appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. Thanks!

    Sorry to say, but we aren't able to support or discuss appeals for account actions here on the forums. If you disagree with the ban, you'll need to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can review it. Unfortunately, we don't have any insight into why the action was placed, nor is that information disclosed. 

    Please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created, and the ToS team will get in touch with you via email. Thanks!
