Get rid of the activation codes!!!!!!

I have a major problem. My email was hacked a year ago. I got a new email account and painstakingly put in all the activation codes. The problem, no thanks to you guys,the codes were invalid after I activated them on the email that got hacked. I can't even look up any inactive codes on the internet because they're already all used up! I haven't been able to play my freaking games for a year. Get rid of the codes and let me play my games or reimburse me for all the sims 4 packs that are now, completely useless!!!!
