Hackers In Fut champs PC

Dear EA, We have been facing hackers for more than 1 month each week especially in fut champs. They are using the same cheat that was used in Fc 26 which Freezes the players ans you can control only one player .I have faced 3 of them this week .Check my last fut champs games for more proof. This has to be solved or refund my money as me and all the PC players are done from your promises each year about the Anti-Cheating system. Check the attached photo and stop skipping this serious issue . You are trying to eliminate coins buying/selling while actually those guys are getting 15-0 record and selling the coins .
