Have not received any playtest codes, account shows no activity on playtests

I've participated in playtest going back to Anthem and have never received any of the codes given for participating in the playtests. I recently noticed I have no "activity" in any of the tests I participated in. Any idea why I can download the codes to my xbox and it looks like my account is linked properly.

    Rewards, looks like none of my playtest activity is registering to my account, hence the screenshot. I have no problem loading any of the playtests to my xbox and using them, it's the activity back and rewards that don't seem to work.

    Are you referring to play test codes or rewards for taking part that you have not received?
