help unlinking gamertag from old EA account
My Xbox gamertag G3NERAL9996 is linked to an EA account (c2**@anonymous.ea.com) that I do not own and cannot access. I need this Xbox account unlinked so I can link it to my own EA account.

The EA staff on the EA Forums doesn't have visibility into the accounts to help you with the link.
If you have already tried to reset the password of the EA account that's currently linked to your Gamertag using the original email and it didn't work, please check in with our customer support team. You can find the Contact us button at the bottom of the password reset guide.
