Help!
My son's x box has been fine but now he cannot access Fifa/Minecraft/Rematch etc. The status is showing as "No available offers" and cannot access the online games. Do you know how this can be resolved? We have tried resetting the X box and subscriptions up to date. Thanks

From what I've seen from researching the error message you're seeing, it appears to relate to the Xbox subscription or billing. The fact that it's happening with games from different publishers reinforces this, I think.
In this case, it'd probably be best to contact Xbox Support so that they can check that there are no issues with the subscription, such as it not syncing correctly or so on. You should be able to reach them at https://support.xbox.com/.
