EA support can assist you with the specific issues (linking/unlinking). You will need to talk to an EA support agent via chat or email.
have sent thru a request and live chats crazy atm 150 minutes wait so well see what happens
I have already talked to an Agent, they will request to verify the EA account your PSN is linked to but you will be unable to do that. I have the same situation and the agent sent me here to post a forum while he escalated my case.

I submitted a case and I can no longer find the option to speak to a person because the chat head disappears after I refreshed the page.
The whole support system is kinda really bad. It doesn’t help that tons of people are having issues right at the same time because of this Beta weekend. If you want the option to chat again pretty sure you have to make a new case.
That is so dumb that if I want to chat with an employee, I have to make a new case.
I need same assistance please. If anyone that can help reads this
