How can I gain excess to the games I brought through origin?

I’ve found my receipts of 2 expansion packs that I brought when it was on the origin app but they haven’t seemed to have transferred to the ea app. It’s the same account, I’ve tried repairing the game but no luck. I have proof of purchases. Thank you.
