How do I get a none chatbot replay in the ea support chat?

I am trying to use the EA support chat, but I only get template responses. I asked get asked for an email I have already provided in that chat.

i was suspended on 2021 and it said my suspension would be lifted in a week and to this day im still not able to get in

    Any issues around a ban or sanction jmm0009​ would need to be appealed using the link I shared in my last post here.
