Getting a non-chatbot response in EA support can be tricky sometimes. From my experience, it helps to start by clearly stating your issue in simple terms and mentioning that you need to speak with a live agent. Waiting during off-peak hours sometimes improves the chances of connecting with a human. If the chatbot keeps giving generic answers, try asking very specific questions about your account or issue, and politely request escalation to a support representative. Patience and clear communication seem to be the key.
