I know it may be a little late but, is there a way to recover my origin account to migrate to EA App? I tried using my same credentials, but it says that account doesn't exist?

all of my games are gone !!!

Community ManagerIf all of your games are gone, please try to empty the cache of the EA app. If they're still gone, that means that you're logged into the wrong account or accidentally created a new account. In that case, you will need to find the correct login details again to log into the correct account.
I have the same problem, can't play any of my old games - created new EA accounts using the only two email addresses I have. Neither have any of my games...
Community ManagerNew EA accounts won't have the games that are already linked to an old EA account - I imagine that the old account is linked to an e-mail address that you aren't using anymore and might not have access to anymore even.
As already said, please contact support. We don't have access to account information here in the forum.
