Hi there, I had a look, and it doesn’t seem that any case has been created yet. If one is created successfully, you would normally receive an email with the case number, and you should also be able to see it on your My Cases page.
If you’re getting the error ‘APPEAL NOT SUBMITTED’ after clicking Appeal in the Penalty History tool, please try using the webform instead.
If you’re trying to contact support, please make sure you answer the chatbot questions accurately and confirm the correct issue type. If that process is followed correctly, you should then be shown some relevant self-help articles, along with a Chat with us option.
If that still doesn’t work, please try creating the case as a guest instead.
