I'm GLAD to report, that I was able to claim the loot! Maybe there was an issue with the last one, but the latest one worked!
Community ManagerIt's important to note that, your EA Account can only be linked to one Twitch account in its lifetime.
This means if you unlink them, you can’t link to another Twitch account.
Knowing that, please be sure to use the same EA and Twitch account.
It would also be helpful if you tried claiming content for other EA games that you might play to see if that works, such as EA FC or Apex Legends.
Apologies for necro'ing the thread but I think there is an issue from EA side. I was not getting any drop loot. I looked into my connections and I saw this weird alpha numeric twitch name so I unlinked it and tried to link again and I got this message:
Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for *******@*******.com was previously linked to the Twitch account for yyq22k4kf8Jjk77. An EA Account can only be linked to one Twitch account in its lifetime.
