I can't activate the key

Hello I won a key for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, but I can't activate it because after I select the desired language, the launcher freezes (or something else is wrong) and I can't scroll to the...

I won from a streamer; his channel was holding a giveaway of old games.

The problem is not with the key, but that I cannot perform any actions after selecting the language.

Any issue with keys received from a third party need to be directed to them LanaVMika​.

    I found the solution myself.
    And you're a completely incompetent manager.
    You don't even know the basics of how to activate keys for your company.
