I can't Link my account again

I have been playing EA games for a long time. Recently I got a brand new PS5 and created new PSN account. I bought EA FC 25 to play this game. However, I can not link my account again as it was linked to my old ea account. I have been trying to fix this problem since the beginning of June. This is nothing but a comedy...

EA Help agents keep saying the same thing. We will escalate this to responsible department this may up to 72 hours but no fix. Last time they asked for verification and I have sent the code but got no reply back. What a shame!

    Hey emirjarnsida,

Just to clarify, you're unable to link two different PSN accounts to the same EA account even if the first is unlinked

In this case you'd need to log into your original PSN on your new PS5 and play from that account, or link your new PSN to a new EA account rather than one that's already been linked to another PSN.

Soon my e-mail adress and my old PSN account will be deleted. I have created my first PSN account long time ago and I do not have any access to that account. I do not want to play on that account. I do not care about my process on the games.

Many people are having the same issue. I can send whatever you need whatever you want to as a proof of the ownership of the account

I do not understand the reason why I need to created another EA account as I already have this one and I have progress, games, saves and more...

    Hey emirjarnsida,

You cannot transfer that progress to another PSN account, however. Once you've linked a platform to an EA account, you won't be able to link a second account from that same platform, which is what's happening here.

You're able to access it through the same PSN account that's already linked to this EA account, so if you're going to lose access to that PSN it would be best to contact PlayStation Support instead. That way they'll be able to help update the email address so you don't lose access to the account.

If you have a brand new PSN account, that needs to be linked to an EA account that has never had a PSN linked in the past. Otherwise, if you're wanting to access everything on this particular EA account, it would be best to just update your current PSN so you can continue having access to it that way.
