Hi there, I assume that when you said you checked all folders, that also included your spam and trash folders.
Please also make sure you’ve added the following address as a safe sender in your email account:
You can usually do this by going to Settings > Junk mail in your email account and adding it to your safe senders list.
If you still don’t receive the email after that, I’m afraid you’ll need to contact our support team so they can check this further. You can do this by using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the EA Help page.
