I don't have access to an old Email

Hello the email address I originally used to setup my EA account is no longer available to access. When I enter the old email address on the EA portal it just keeps telling me that it's sending a verification code to the old address that I cant access for the code. I reached out to the email provider & the company no longer supports access to the email listed on my EA account.  I need help from your EA support team with resetting my old email to my new and current email or I need my old account deleted to break the link with my xbox live account so that I can create a new account & relink my new EA account to my xbox live account . Please help I'd like to have access to EA for the new Battlefield 6.

I’ve had my Xbox account for probably 20 years now. It’s linked to my dad’s old email address that neither of us have had access to for years. I’ve been dealing with it, being unable to play games like NCAAF 25, A Way Out, and more online. Now, it’s not letting me access Battlefield 6, a game i just preordered for practically $100.  I’ve given up trying to get this account linked and nothing seems to help. I’m stuck as I have been for many years and don’t know where to go. 

How do I unlink my old  account from my Playstation 5 .I can't  access my old email for the access code .I made a new account  now I can't  link it because my old account is still link to it .

Same problem I have had for years, never got a solution since I'm shooting in the dark guessing the birthday for it because I made it when I was a minor so the birthday is not accurate 😂

The email address on my EA account no longer exists and it's making logging in difficult and I can't change any account settings to correct it.

Same they better figure this out because battlefield will flop big time if most users can’t play, glad I didn’t pre order. 

They don’t care plain and simple, just take away this stupid account linking thing as it does nothing for us consumers. Shame though, I was looking forward to battlefield

How do I update my EA account with a new email address? Can't access old email address.
