Thanks for explaining things so far. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to change the account details on your own if you can't recover the security codes. You will need the support team's help on this one. However, their hands are tied if you can't pass the security stage with them. I know it can be frustrating when it's been so long but try to recall the information they ask for. Once the security checks are passed, the support team will be able to help you update the account information from there.

Can they tell me my email if I provide all the necessary data? Just say, I have enough of this, or maybe I can somehow find my email while in games that require authorization ea through steam, for example apex legends
