I have lost access to my Email and need help changing it

i would like to speak to a ea customer support HUMAN!!! on this matter

i am recently coming back to ea but the email my account has been disabled for year (service provider went down) i need to change my email to a new one. I cant do this without sending a verification code to my old one which is impposible
