I lost my access to email and I can't change it.
Hey, I had my account since 2010 so my dad had set up the account in my name but the email he used got deleted years ago without my knowledge. The email was only used for EA and I realised only recently that the email address got deleted.
I cannot add a secondary email or change the primary email because it keeps sending a verification code to the email to which I dont have access to. I dont have any other way of adding another method of verification because of this issue. I cannot log into the EA account normally and i need this fixed ASAP.

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
Note that you'll be able to create a case even if you can't access the account. If you run into any trouble, try using an incognito mode window and selecting Continue without logging in when prompted.
