I need help my account was falsely banned

So my account was falsely banned, I’ve tried appealing it and it was automatically rejected. I wasn’t given any reason why it happened. I’ve appealed it again and it’s just been sitting there for days and days now and I’ve heard nothing. I have absolutely no idea what it could possibly be from, i played the game on a brand new Xbox series x with a brand new Xbox account, i did not use voice chat, and i did not use any unauthorized devices, all i used was a gamesir g7 pro controller to play the game which, at least according to the manufacturer is a authorized Xbox controller. Please can someone reach out to me to help me get this resolved.

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you. I see you've done this once already, and if you feel that wasn't addressed properly you're welcome to appeal again.

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. Please keep in mind these appeals are not automated. If the first appeal was rejected, that was done after a member of the ToS team reviewed the situation. Appealing again will have a different person take a look back over the records instead. Thanks!

    There is no way the first appeal was done by a person, it was denied before the page even finished loading within a matter of a second of me submitting it.
