I really want to delete my EA account.

I've been trying to contact EA tech support for months now. Every time I create a ticket, it immediately closes by itself, without explanation. In the screenshot, I showed what the request page ...

    When you click on the Chat Now option, it should show a pop-up with the chat. If this pop-up is not appearing, please try disabling any pop-up/ad-blockers on your browser. Alternatively, you can also try using the browser in incognito mode or try a different browser.

You're right! The Ea help website is working strangely, but when I allowed pop-ups, the chat opened! Thank you for your help. I would not have guessed about such a peculiarity of the EA help website.
