Inquiry Regarding Duplicate Orders and Refund Request

Hello Marco,

I hope you are doing well.

We have confirmed that there are two orders under the same account. Please kindly check the attached file for details.

Additionally, we would like to request a refund for one of the two orders.

This is something you'll need to speak with EA Help about. Unfortunately, it's not possible for a refund to be provided here for security reasons.
