Material Warehouse

Just wondering why I can’t put the new Material Warehouse into my region where I would like to have it instead of in my capital city?

I must admit tho it is a great innovation as my storage now is 930  + 542 totalling 1572 but to upgrade it I only get an extra 3 items to store! Oh well now to wait for the assignment to upgrade it.

    I got one in each city. But for the ones in regions you have to pay 5000 regional money. After putting them  you cant put them in storage

    Ok I did that and not realising I could now my material storage is increased x20 per 1
