Missing account

A couple of years ago, I stopped playing this game Star wars galaxy of heros. I logged on to find out my account had been taken. I know it has been taken because I found it through the ally code. Who do I contact about getting the account back? I have proof of purchases for that account. I tried the in-game EA help, but they have left me unread and unanswered for a week.
