My account was hacked recently. Please help me get it back.

So most recently i signed into my old EA account (using playstation) and when i tried to access the account info i was hit with this "Sending a code to ge*****@schistosomiasismail.com to verify it is...

Hey. The chat is down. It has been down for two days. It just circles back to the home page. I have used “recover deleted account” the several times I have Spoken with someone, but now doing that it just circles back
