My account was hacked

Someone put a keylogger or something on my account, cause no matter how many times I change my password I can't login no matter what. I talked to someone on help chat about it and they didn't remove the hacker like they said they would. I can't even get new codes to my email. 

WHAT IS GOING ON?!

    Hi wmc1qvq75z9h,

    If you're not able to change the email address yourself then you will need to contact EA Help again. They're the only other people who are able to change account details. You should be able to use the same steps as last time to open a case with them.

    I want gmail account deleted cause it has my credit card info on it. I just won't be able to play SIMS 3 anymore.
