i was to late to check my spam folder so i couldnt recover my account. i had to make a new email just so i could post here because i cant login.

What to do if your EA Account was hacked
As you can’t access the original account, try signing out of EA Help and submitting the request as a guest. It will also help to have your original email address, EA ID, any linked platform IDs, and purchase details ready so the team can verify ownership. You can also creat a case through this webform.
In the meantime, please secure the email account that was originally connected to your EA Account by changing its password and enabling two-factor authentication.
