I have made three cases. But none of them are popping up on my portal/profile case. Anyway i can get the ball rolling on this.

    Hey Birchy_930​, if you select "Compromised EA Account" as the topic, you should get the chat option as a contact method. Are you getting the chat option when creating a case?
