My PlayStation account is linked to an old email that I no longer have access to

As the title suggests. My PlayStation ID is linked to an old EA account and I no longer have access to the email. How can I resolve this?  I know the email address but not the password for the old...

EA QueenBee, I can literally sign into my EA account, however for some reason I cant go into anything without it asking me to verify my stupid email from 20 years ago that I dont even have access to anymore. Can you not help me verify my EA account a different way? you know like maybe using my playstation email or phone number or something so I can get my BF 6 twitch rewards?

We don't have access to account information here on the forums, so it's just not something we can help with here. Live support can take a look at this for you, but it's just not something we can do here, unfortunately.
