I have an account that I can't make any changes on because the associated email was deleted years ago. From all the articles I've read I need an advisor to delete my old account. My issue is an advisor never comes to the live chat. The wait time is 5-9 mins and I've waited for 2 hours for 2 different days. Why is getting help such a pain?
I just tried to get to an advisor on live chat again. All I get now is an article I've already read and when I click the link to "chat with an advisor" I get looped back to the beginning of the same article.
Make sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups in case the chat window is being blocked. You can also try using the EA Help site while logged out of your account, as that sometimes makes the chat option appear.
