need help bypassing the two factor authentication

As we all begrudgingly had to do, I switched from Origin to EA.

Log in info is correct, however I can't log into my old email (forgotten password) to get past the authenticator stage and type in the code when EA asks me to.

Meaning I cant access my account anymore that I have spent a fortune on.

Asking for help from my email provider is of no use at all, because it is an old email from an old provider, that does not operate well anymore.

EA is of no help at all in this matter because I can't even find a contact number, and the help pages just go in circles (and tell me to log into an account THAT I CANT ACCESS)

Does anyone have ideas? @EA u good to take some responsibility??

    Hey 5tx20r9ntzqr

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look. You do not need to be logged in to create a case.
