There wasnt an option resume the original case... and it closed by itself?
Edit: I contacted them prior to making this forum post but i lost power and couldnt resume the chat after power came back on. - EA_Mako24 days ago

Were you able to get through to another advisor, or are you still running into issues with this? I do see your recent case 245860024 was a live chat, was that before this happened?
Are you able to just resume that case from your case history page here?
