NHL 27 playtest problem

I have send messages to EA people but They dont answer me anymore.

Problem is I cannot connect to 27 playtest. And EA answered me that IT have different EA account and PSN account and that theyre not linked.

But i send then screenshots With proof that they are linked. And now They Aint answering My messages
