No access to old email. Literally logged in, but locked out. No fix available?

I can play my EA games, but I can't update my email without verifying one that no longer exists no matter how many EA games I buy? 

All they need to do is send the verification to a new email. I proved beyond a reasonable doubt this is me, can even scan photo id, but they say no fix available? really? wtf? 

But I can log into the app through Steam just fine? Worst customer support I have ever had, don't even get me started on the EA games through Blizzard and Origin. 

Why can't support help me fix this? 

Xbox account gamertag is literally my EA account name, and it is linked to my steam, but EA can't verify it is me and help me.
