Hey eh3aneba!
In this case, I would suggest deleting some files that might be corrupted. Just follow this guide to learn how.
If you are on PC, at the start of the game, you might also delete the Personal Settings profile you see when you start the game.
If that doesn't work, you might also try with another connection (like your smartphone's hotspot just to see if it works) and/or setting an alternative DNS into your console/pc network settings, such as 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.0.0 or 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
