Not receiving password reset email

I have had to create a new EA account to post this. My ea account password expired and needed to be reset so i requested the link multiple times and it is it not coming through. I have been unable to get through top live chat as every time i send the issue it takes me back to the help page. I cant log on and this is very upsetting as someone who has spent a lot of money on sims that i am unable to log into my account or even get support to get onto my account. 

IS anyone else having this issue?

EA please help me with my other EA account, I want to play the sims !!!
