That they could not match my identity. BUT I’m sure the questions I was getting wrong ie: (were there other accounts linked and when did I last play) it has been two years since I played . The answers are on the account I do not have access to anymore. Even the email I used To create the account, I deleted for a new one. I was also told I was close 😭.

Sorry to say Bbyrd10216 but if you are unable to verify ownership of the account then there would be nothing that our team can do to assist you. In order to gain access to an account you need to verify that you are the account owner.

Yea, well it’s hard to recall exact details from 2017. Not to mention it’s easier to gain access to my bank account if I forgot my password than a gaming account. Let’s think about that for a second. Not to mention Darko, I know I got about 95% of the questions right. My IP address is different as I’ve changed internet providers and I’m not contacting my ex husband to see if his email was linked to the account. Those are the only 2 I know FOR A FACT could be incorrect. I’ve called my bank to get my old bank card, my birthdate or country hasn’t changed, the email is the same as my username, and I sent over proof of purchase ie my bank accounts…. But my IP address and ex husbands email is wrong. People move and change in almost 10 years. Bank card, dob, address and username should be enough. Especially the bank card. What “hacker” would have that?
