Payment declined constantly
Greetings,
I am unable to make payments on the EA platform or directly within the game. My payments are being declined; I have tried using a VISA card, a Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
I also tried using my bank card after adding it directly to my digital wallet.
I feel like this is happening since I changed my email adress, however :
- i've tried contacting multiple times the support but never got any response
- AI chat bot redirects me to casual support which I never get a reply from
- I'm french, buying in France on french app, with no VPN. I had to use a US VPN to reach this place and try with US support but never got reply as well
- Surname and Lastname are matching perfectly between my payment info and my account info
Only solution I have is to buy EA gift cards to refill my account which is annoying. Why is there no way to reach the support anymore despite all complains ?
I'm desperate, and still don't know what to do to give you my money
Just in case you have the same issue, just drop EA app and go on Steam.
I've managed to buy what I wanted after installing Apex Legends on Steam directly
