Payment Issue in NFS No Limits Mobile

I've purchased Koenigsegg CCX pack for ₹549 using UPI yesterday but I didn't receive the rewards in the game but the payment was completed from my end and the amount is debited from my account. I tried using the support chat in game but I couldn't get any reply for my concern. Also I raised two cases in EA support where I'm not getting any solution. Case #204965281 and Case #204967291.
