Pre-order bricked my downloads for that expansion.

I pre-ordered horse ranch. My card bounced when you attempted to charge. Since then it's been on my account as if I paid for it, but it has not let me download. I've been wrestling with it for ages and just found the order history tab.

So I looked on the tab, it showed on my order history for horse ranch as 'pending payment' or something so I just cancelled it because it's been 2 years, and I purchased horse ranch in the recent sale. Now every time I try to download it, it tells me there's something wrong with the game and it will not let me download. It's been over 12 hours since I removed the old order from my account and purchased horse ranch anew, it still won't download.

I've rebooted my device, cleared the cache, checked the order history, I'm at a loss. I'm so sick of the lack of live support.

    Hey dragonling743​,

    We do still have live support, and this would definitely be a good candidate for them to look into further. If there was any issue with a previous order, they should be able to take a look and help clear this up.

    After support takes a look at the account and any transactions, I'd definitely clear the EA app cache before trying the download again.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to check my order status, that should be most relevant in this case and should let you get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
