Refund for BF6?

So played the game, didn't enjoy it. 

Tried going through livechat support for a refund - nil help. Asked a question about EA's great game guarantee which the rep stated he couldn't provide details as it was a "security risk" which is ridiculous. Then ended the chat prematurely because when asked if we can escalate the issue to someone who can help.

Unacceptable honestly. Game time on the app says 2hrs and 3 minutes. Between loading and trying to find a server to play, there's no way actual playtime is above 2hrs. Yet when you ask their support chat, they are super unhelpful and clearly stick to their script and wont actually escalate any issues. 

Just want my money back for honestly, not a great game.
